We built IMG2PDF with privacy-by-design principles. This notice explains how we handle the minimal data involved in converting your files.
Files you upload are processed in volatile server memory. We do not write originals or generated PDFs to disk unless you explicitly request persistent storage.
Generated PDFs are streamed directly back to your browser and wiped immediately after delivery.
We keep short-lived server logs to prevent abuse and diagnose service issues. These logs may include IP address, user agent and error messages.
Logs are automatically deleted within 7 days and are never combined with conversion content.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand feature usage. No personal data is collected, stored or shared with advertisers.
Optional cookies are only activated after you provide consent through the cookie banner.
You can request data access or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
